So, apart from adding a few leaves to salads, what can you do with rocket? We love eating it whenever we make pizza. I don’t mean just fancy pumpkin and goats cheese numbers that always have rocket on top, I mean pretty much any pizza. It goes especially well with ham and pineapple as it happens! The trick is to dress the rocket leaves with a good squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. No need for oil, just about half a lemon's worth of juice to a loose cup of rocket and a few grinds of sea salt. Yum!

I've never heard of the plant called "rocket" before. This is the first time that I've ever heard of this certain leaf. I want to show this to my aunt, because she's an avid gardener. I'm sure that she'll love to include this in her collection. Aside from being a gardener, she's a vegan as well. I'm really excited of tasting this, on top of a pizza. Comments are closed.
